(Macon, Georgia) A 39-year-old local woman, Edith Katherine Shellow, was arrested last Sunday for allegedly stabbing her husband in the groin with a Phillips screwdriver.
Shellow also reportedly banged him in the face and head with a wrench.
Shellow faces a charge of aggravated assault.
Shellow stabbed Willis in the groin while he tried to defend himself against Shellow’s teenage daughter, according to the report.Shellow was booked into custody. Her husband was treated at the hospital and released.
Willis asked to be taken to the hospital, but Shellow sat in a chair in front of a door and held a baseball bat, “threatening Mr. Willis with further violence if he attempted to leave the room,” according to the report.
