(Walsenburg, Colorado) Three people accused of bank robbery and shootouts with police have reached the end of their crime spree. Dylan Stanley-Dougherty, 26, Ryan Dougherty, 21, and Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, pleaded guilty to a variety of charges.
Dylan pleaded guilty to assault in the first degree. Ryan pleaded guilty to five counts of menacing with a real or simulated weapon.Consequently, they are all going to prison.
The two faced charges of attempted second-degree murder and other felonies related to the trio's Aug. 10 capture following a chase in southern Colorado.
Their sister, 29-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty, pleaded guilty last week to reduced charges. She pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and two counts of menacing, all felonies.
Ryan Dougherty, 22, received 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to five counts of menacing. Earlier Monday, Dougherty's sister Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, received a 24-year prison term, and his brother Dylan Stanley-Dougherty, 27, was given 32 years….Good, however, there will probably be a movie made with sympathetic overtones about how the Doughertys grew up deprived and abused. I'm not boo-hooing.
