Obama Campaign Pressures Gallup on Polling

Given unfavorable poll numbers for President Obama, the reelection campaign staff is pressuring the Gallup Organization, apparently seeking a change in polling methodology.
The heart of the Obama camp complaint lies with varying predictive models for 2012 turnout. Gallup had predicted a lower minority turnout, effecting Obama's margin against Romney.
Curiously juxtaposed in time is action by the Department of Justice in joining a lawsuit against the Gallup Organization.

Offhand, I'd suggest the White House is merely attacking the messenger.
