Interesting assertion from the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy:
Russia’s (legal) gun ownership rate is a rock-bottom 4,000 per 100,000 citizens and the country has a murder rate exceeding 15; Norway’s gun ownership rate is 30,000 per 100,000 and the murder rate is below 1.Remember, guns don't kill people, people kill people.
