(Rogers, Arkansas) A 45-year-old local woman, Lisa Dawn Norman, has been accused of engaging in sex with a boy when he was seven or eight years old.Norman has been charged with five counts of rape.
According to Arkansas State law, rape is defined as sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity when another person under the age of 14.Details on booking and bond are unavailable.
