Connecticut Woman Accused of Sex Assault on Teen

(Naugatuck, Connecticut) A 27-year-old local woman, Carah Bosco, has been accused of sexually assaulting a teen.

Bosco faces charges of second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a child, second-degree reckless endangerment and illegal distribution of a prescription.
Bosco, 27, of 1081 New Haven Road, was acquainted with the young teenager, said Lt. Bryan Cammarata of the Naugatuck Police Department.

The teen reported performing the sexual act on Bosco, Cammarata said.

He was taken to Waterbury Hospital after his family noticed he was behaving strangely, and doctors determined he had been given a drug similar to Xanax, Cammarata said.
Bosco was booked and released on $25,000 bond.
