Tennessee Ex-Cheerleader Gets No Jail for Fondling Boy, 12 - Update
(Murfreesboro, Tennessee) Former NFL cheerleader Elizabeth Leigh Garner pleaded no contest last month to sexual battery and solicitation of a minor for child rape.
As a result, Garner was sentenced to 18 months probation for following a 12-year-old boy into a bathroom, fondling his penis and offering him oral sex.
Garner was also directed to stay away from her victim along with his family and to submit to drug testing.

(Murfreesboro, Tennessee) Former NFL cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans, Elizabeth Leigh Garner, 42, has been accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy.
Garner has been indicted on charges of sexual battery and solicitation of a minor. She was booked and released on $30,000.
Murfreesboro police said while visiting a friend’s home she followed a 12-year-old boy into the bathroom, fondled him, and then tried to seduce him.Apparently Garner was really sloshed if she mistook a 12-year-old boy for a grown man.
The police report stated that Garner told sex crimes detectives, “that she was drunk that evening and that she got the boy confused with a man that was also at the residence.”
