Indiana Teacher Busted for Heroin

(Bedford, Indiana) A 26-year-old first-grade teacher at Parkview Elementary School, Lindsey K. Endis (aka Endris), was arrested this week for drug possession.

Endis faces charges of possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of heroin with the intent to deal, possession of meth, two charges of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and trafficking with an inmate.

Police stopped Endis for a traffic violation at 5:50 p.m. between 37th and 39th Street. She was cited for crossing over the fog line and failure to signal a turn.

It was during that traffic stop that officers discovered the drugs.[…]

Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig says there was an incident at the jail that led to the charge of trafficking with an inmate, but he could not comment on it because it is a Bedford case.

Endis was booked into custody at the Lawrence County Security Center with bond set at $2,005 cash.
