Carolina Teacher Accused of Sexual Conduct with Student, 13
The offense allegedly occurred 18 years ago.
Windsor faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, committing a lewd act upon a child under 16 years old and criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Windsor was booked into custody at the Greenville County Detention Center with bond set at $23,000.

This is the one I have been waiting for. If this dam breaks, schools around the nation will go bankrupt and lose many teachers. This is the one to be looking for. There are a flood of potential lawsuits and claims here. It will be even worse, because it will become abundantly clear that schools sheltered these teachers. The Catholic Church will pale in comparison.
