Carolina Teacher Pinched for Drugs
(Person County, North Carolina) A 30-year-old second-grade teacher at Falls Lake Academy, Cristin Elliott Fogleman, has been accused of dealing drugs out of her home. She was arrested during a major drug raid.
Fogleman has been suspended from her teaching position.
Fogleman is accused of possessing and selling prescription pills out of her own home while her one year old son was home.A November court date has been scheduled.
Person County Sheriff Dewey Jones says Fogleman's arrest was just like any other in a massive drug roundup and operation where 90 people were arrested.
Fogleman is a former Durham Public schools teacher, and is a new teacher at Falls Lake Academy in Granville County.
