Texas Woman Accused of Burglary

(El Paso County, Texas) An 18-year-old local woman, Yesenia Estrada, has been accused of burglarizing a Dollar General store.

Estrada faces a charge of burglary.

Around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an alarm call at the Dollar General on the 18600 block of Alameda Avenue.

The front glass door at the business was shattered, and deputies saw shoe prints and other clues around the scene, officials said. Those clues led them about 1,000 feet away to a residence on the 19000 block of Tornillo Avenue.

Detectives then spoke with various homeowners in the area that led them to Yesenia Estrada.

Estrada was booked into custody at the county jail with bail set at $2,500.
