Now, they are both right, and wrong. The sea level will rise, and fall, just not related to what men do. Heck, the equator will shift, the axis will tilt more or less, and the moon is going, going, gone.
Has anyone even considered the moons growing distance as part of the warmi... cooli... change? Bleh. A million monkeys with keyboards really can't do Shakespeare... all I'm suggesting.

The moon moves further from us by 1 inch every 10 years, or 1 in 100 years?
