Cuba Low on Beer

Cuba has been hit by a severe beer shortage during one of its hottest summers on record, sparking hoarding and driving thirsty drinkers to pay greatly inflated prices.Consumers are reportedly hoarding beer.
A sharp fall in production at the island’s main brewery, Bucanero, at the beginning of the year has trickled its way down the supply chain at the worst possible time: the third-hottest summer since 1951. That has caused many consumers and the communist country’s newly legalised private restaurants, or “paladares”, to stock all they can.
Bucanero makes four brands of beer: Bucanero, Cristal, Cacique and Mayabe. The company has a virtual monopoly in Cuba, though some imported beers are also available, albeit at a large mark-up.

I would laugh. Socialist policies always lead right exactly here, until hording simply fails through time, and hording is outlawed with people being harshly penalized, or even shot, for it.
The problem with laughing is, on some things, we are headed there and there is no way to stop it, at least in the short term. With the brownout of government, and the continuing support for it and it's outlaw socialist ways, I don't have much to laugh about.

How convenient, we just had a Corona beer recall because of "possible" glass in the bottles from Mexico.
You might not be able to see it?
Shouldn't be drinking that piss-water anyway.
