Nebraska Woman Leaves Toddler Home Alone

An intoxicated woman who was removed from a bar early Thursday had been bragging about leaving her 2-year-old daughter home alone, according to police.

KETV reported that police were called to the Pheasant Tavern in Omaha to remove 28-year-old Vanessa Ramirez because she was too intoxicated.

Police later learned that Ramirez had left her child home alone and that she had been bragging about it at the bar.

Ramirez faces one count of intentional child abuse.
