NJ Teacher Accused of Child Endangerment

Tracey Harding

(Edison, New Jersey)
Tracey Harding, 50, was arrested and suspended from her job after cops broke up a boozy birthday bash at her house and found a 15-year-old who was so wasted he was rushed to the hospital.

The first-grade teacher knew the boy was passed out drunk in the basement of her South Brunswick home but did nothing, even as the trashed teen’s panicked mother called for help, police said.

Underage drinkers swigged vodka, beer and other booze through the night, authorities said. The boy was reportedly too drunk to speak correctly.

“At some point the victim began to slur his words and not make any sense,” South Brunswick police said in a statement.[…]

Medical responders rushed the semiconscious teen to St. Peter’s University Hospital where doctors discovered he had a potentially life-threatening amount of alcohol in his blood.
Harding was booked and released on $2,500 bail.

I was 14 or 16? Don't remember?
A cousin did it.
I hardly knew him anyway, but heard parents talking.

What did I do?

Go to a friend's house about a week or two later and drank damn near everything I could get my hands on.

Somehow I made it home, woke up the next morning, scared the hell out of my mother, she thought I was gonna die...

I just got sick, slept it off.
