Dakota Woman Sentenced for Child Porn

(Bismarck, North Dakota) A 23-year-old local woman, Kathleen Schneider, has been sentenced to 41 months in prison after she pleaded guilty to possession of material involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Schneider may be released in slightly less than three years.

Schneider, along with her husband, Russell Schneider, originally was accused, and charged in state court, with sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl.

Russell Schneider, who has signaled his intent to plead guilty, allegedly sent photos of his wife and the girl committing sexual acts in the shower to an undercover police officer.
