O.J. Simpson Appeal Rejected
(Las Vegas, Nevada) The Nevada Supreme Court has rejected the latest appeal by 68-year-old O.J. Simpson.
Attorney Patricia Palm said Friday that she's trying to talk with Simpson at Lovelock Correctional Center about the Thursday ruling by a three-member panel of the state high court.So, Simpson will return to prison.
The justices issued a 16-page ruling saying there's no reason to overturn a lower court judge's decisions in the case and give Simpson a new trial.
