Animal Rights of Chickens

The California-based Mercy For Animals launched an undercover investigation this past summer at a Tyson Foods contract farm in Dukedom, Tennessee which supplies McDonald's.

Hidden camera video captured chickens being beaten and abused.

I do not understand. I've munched on thousands of chickens over the years and not once have I worried about the rights of a chicken.
