WV Woman Accused of Crime Wave

Amber Rose Garrett, 26, was pulled over by Charleston Police Friday while operating a stolen vehicle.The vehicle was one of two Garrett had successfully stolen in Boone County.OK
It all started Friday morning when Boone County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a stolen vehicle complaint in Ashford.
