Woman Wheels Around a Container of Body Parts

(Ontario, California) A 51-year-old local woman, Carmen Montenegro, was arrested Sunday after allegedly sauntering around town wheeling a trash can full of decomposing human body parts.

According to Ontario Police Detective Jeff Crittenden,

The trash can contained parts of a man's body and investigators from the department and the county coroner’s office are searching for the other remains.

Investigators are still trying to determine how the victim died and where and how he was killed, Crittenden said. The victim has not been identified.

Montenegro was booked into custody on a charge of suspicion of murder.
