CONCEALED CARRY LAW PASSED in MISSOURI
(Jefferson City, MO) Effective this Saturday, October 11th, citizens of Missouri, age 23 and over, will be allowed to carry concealed weapons. The law was passed last month by the legislature with an override of Democratic Governor Bob Holden's veto. As a liberal sore loser, Gov. Holden announced at a St. Louis news conference, and in a news release, that he'll issue emergency administrative rules outlawing concealed weapons in state-owned, operated, or leased buildings.
The provisions of the law requires Missourians to attend an eight-hour concealed weapons safety training class. They must also pass a written test and fire 50 rounds on the firing range, hitting a paper target 15 times out of 20 from seven yards away.
