(South Euclid, Ohio) Lottery scammer Elecia Battle (See here for previous reporting) has agreed to a plea changing her previous 'not guilty' plea to 'no contest' with the understanding that she would be found guilty. Accordingly, Municipal Court Judge Patricia Ann Kleri imposed a fine of $1,000, ordered her to perform 50 hours of community service, and put her on one year of probation.
"I just want to say that I'm not a loser, I'm a winner. I have not been defeated. I'm victorious," Battle said. "I'm a winner after all."Sure you are, Elecia. Just like you say. You're a winner, a real nice winner. Ha-ha-ha-ha!
