Supreme Court Overturns 'No Procreation' Ruling

(Columbus, Ohio) As reported previously, Medina County Common Pleas Judge James L. Kimbler directed that deadbeat dad Sean Talty, 32, avoid fathering children since he kept having kids without supporting them. The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled the decision be overturned because no method was included for lifting the ban on having children if Talty caught up with his child-support payments.

Interestingly, both the prosecution and the defense agreed that reproduction is a constitutionally protected right.
