Driver Kills Boy, Distracted by Cellphone

(Toledo, Ohio) A 27-year-old woman was distracted by her cellphone while driving, resulting in the death of a 5-year-old boy who had just gotten off the school bus in front of his home. Angelique M. Dipman was charged yesterday with aggravated vehicular homicide for the death of Dameatrius McCreary, a kindergarten student at Coy Elementary School.
