Billionaire Soros Pays Government Salaries

There has been considerable publicity about billionaire George Soros using his massive wealth in trying to influence the American political system but, so far, he hasn't actually put government officials on his payroll like he does with other countries.

MOSNEWS.COM:
U.S. billionaire George Soros supports the idea of creating a special fund that would pay salaries to Kyrgyz governmental officials, RIA Novosti reported Wednesday.

"I support the idea of creating a fund which would provide support for qualified state-employed personnel," Soros said at an international business conference of Asian states in Alma-Aty.
Through his Soros Development Foundation, Soros has already been accused of paying for the government of Georgia and precipitating changes in the governments of Serbia and the Ukraine. He admits that he distributes the money, but denies that he's paying anyone.

Okay, George, whatever you say. In my opinion, though, you've set yourself up as a de facto political power broker in those countries that are flooded with your cash. However, I am fairly flexible and quite willing to buy your spew if you similarly deny that you're paying me, too.
