Gov. Pataki Moves On

(Albany, NY) At a noon news conference at the state capital, Gov. George Pataki announced he will not seek a fourth term as governor of New York. He didn't mention what he plans on doing, just that it's the "right thing to do." I expect Pataki's announcement will prompt some vigorous political prognostication.
