Priest Gets Counseling in $7,000 Collection Plate Theft

(Buena, New Jersey) Roman Catholic priest Ronald Falotico was sent to counseling in Maryland after being implicated as the sole suspect in the theft of $7,000 from Queen of Angels Church collections. Police are investigating the case.

I have the feeling that Father Falotico will be forgiven and his assignment to Maryland will be considered adequate punishment. With the Catholic Church, it seems a troubled priest generally goes to a new diocese.
