(Roosevelt, Oklahoma) Last week, a felony arrest warrant for child rape was issued for 20-year-old porn movie star Genevieve Elise Silva for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy, providing him drugs, and prompting him to run away with her to Oklahoma.Yesterday, Silva was arrested at her mother's home in Kiowa County in southwestern Oklahoma and was charged with statutory rape, rape by use of intoxicating or controlled substance, and concealing or hiding a child from the legal custodian. According to Undersheriff Terry Tyler, Silva is in jail awaiting extradition to California.

It's also reported that Silva, 20, remains in jail in Kiowa County, Okla., in lieu of $10,000 bail. Apparently, she is fighting extradition back to California.

Silva was extradited back to California in January to face prosecution and has been free on bail since. She's expected to be arrested shortly to face charges in Contra Costa County. [Note: This post revised to delete dead links.]
