(Canton, Ohio) The 38-year-old married mother of two, Julie Ann Welborn, who traveled across country to have sex with a 13-year-old was sentenced today to four years in prison.Welborn will also have to register as a sexual predator and serve five years probation upon release from prison.
Last November, Welborn was arrested and charged after the victim's mother found incriminating evidence among the child's belongings and alerted authorities.
