Woman and Teenage Boys

(Rutland, Vermont) A 20-year-old Rutland woman, Heather J. Lyman, faces charges of sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency for giving alcohol and cigarettes to teenage boys in exchange for sex.

In April Rutland police received a report that Lyman allegedly was performing sex acts with two 15-year-old boys and one 14 year-old boy and that she was providing them with alcohol and cigarettes at her home.

"This information was learned after the juveniles were caught lying to their parents about where they were staying," city police Detective David Notte wrote in a police affidavit.

"She related she did it because she wanted their friendship and if she did not do it, she felt they would not want to be around her anymore," Notte wrote in the affidavit. "Lyman further advised she knew the juveniles ages, but did not know it was illegal to perform oral sex on them. She thought it was illegal to have intercourse."

I believe that Lyman can probably thank Bill Clinton for her distorted perspective on sex. She's obviously not very bright.
