Illegal Alien Bed & Breakfast

(Raymondville, Texas) This week in Willacy County, thanks to $60 million of Homeland Security cash, a futuristic detention center was opened to temporarily house 2,000 illegal aliens. Beds are already being filled.

From Team4News:
"We received about 35 last night and we did some more transports today, putting us at about 39. We'll be doing some more transports this evening," says J.C. Conner, Regional Vice President of the Management Training Corporation or (MTC), the company running the detention center.

What's described as more of a processing center, will hold the immigrants from countries other than Mexico as a part of a program to quickly deport those arrested after illegally crossing the border. They will be held no more a month.

"We got them a hot meal, put them in dormitory where there's sleeping accommodations for everybody. We also have a rec yard out there. There's also a telephone, where they can make calls to their family and loved ones," said Connor.
I'm guessing that a mint on each pillow is not out of the question. Nonetheless, when the Mexicans find out about the cushy treatment given other illegals, they may claim discrimination.

Personally, I think the practice of establishing degrees of illegality based upon nationality is unnecessarily complicating the whole problem of border security. A person is either illegal or not. There is no half illegal status. The prudent option would be to establish one policy for everybody.
