(Conway Springs, Kansas) A 30-year-old Conway Springs High School teacher's aide, Amy D. Pierce, is facing unlawful sex charges resulting from an alleged sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male student. She is also charged with furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor for illicit purposes. Reportedly, the crimes occurred at a party at Pierce's house and not on school grounds.
A court appearance has been scheduled for August 31.
