Interestingly, Gumbs was found to be driving on a suspended license. Not a surprise, Gumbs record indicates that his license has been suspended 33 times.
Uh -- is that possible? Based upon his age, he couldn't have had a license for more than eight years. Therefore, he had more than four license suspensions per year, every year. Spring, summer, fall and winter, like clockwork. If one assumes the judiciary acted prudently, it doesn't make a lot of sense. One would think that even the most mind-numbed robotic judge would have given Gumbs some jail to interrupt the regularity of his license suspensions.
Of course, it's possible that the reported number of suspensions is not accurate.
