North Koreans Want Out
(Hanoi, Vietnam) Earlier today, five North Koreans scaled the Indonesian Embassy fence carrying a piece of paper saying that they want to go to "free countries."
It's a common experience for North Koreans to escape to China, then traverse hundreds of miles to southeast Asia and ask for asylum at a European or Asian embassy.
Sadly, Kim Jong-il is keeping the entire population of North Korea as prisoners and people are willing to risk their lives for freedom. Meanwhile, in the free world, lawmakers are slowly -- drip, drip, drip -- taking freedoms away.
