(New Castle, Indiana) A 23-year-old care worker at a boy's independent living facility, Elizabeth C. Agee, was arrested Friday for allegedly engaging in sexual behavior with a 17-year-old male resident.
Agee has been charged with three counts of child seduction, all Class D felonies carrying 18-month jail terms.
The youth said Agee was the aggressor as they engaged in sexual conduct -- which did not include intercourse -- on several occasions when she was the only staff member assigned to work third shift.Agee was booked into custody at the Henry County Jail and released on $5,000 bond.
The boy told investigators "every time they were together sexually, he felt uncomfortable and pressured," documents said.
According to court documents, the youth also told authorities he had no desire to "cause (Agee) any trouble."
"What was I supposed to do?" he asked when informed that Agee could face criminal prosecution.
