Black and White Twins

(Lichtenberg, Germany) Twin boys with different-colored skin were born this week to Florence Addo-Gerth and Stephan Gerth.

Mom is originally from Ghana while father Stephan is German by birth.

Everybody is surprised at the combination. Experts say the chance of giving birth to twins with different skin colors is one in a million. Nonetheless, the parents are more thrilled that the boys, light-skinned Ryan and dark-skinned Leo, are healthy.

Looking forward, I suspect that the genetic anomaly may cause some confusion with government demographers.
