Scouts Sex Training

(Manchester, England) Lord Baden-Powell, the founder of Scouting 101 years ago, told youngsters with sexual urges to "'wash your parts in cold water and cool them down." Now, the guidance is being revised.
A new factsheet for leaders covers issues such as when to supply contraception and pregnancy tests and what a leader should do if they suspect a young person is being exploited or coerced into a sexual relationship. [...]

Leaders will be given a web-based directory of organisations where professional advice on sexual health can be obtained, including contact details for Brook Advisory Centres, Childline and NHS Direct.

Leaders will be given a `Yellow Card' detailing their Code of Behaviour and under what circumstances to offer advice. It includes stringent regulations about leaders having sexual relations with members who are over the age of consent.
I'd like to see this so-called "Yellow Card."
