Throw The Bums Out!

According to Rasmussen Reports, people are so angry at Congress that 59% would vote to replace the entire bunch. Also, about half the people believe that Congress would function better if its members were replaced by individuals randomly selected from the phone book.

Nevertheless, an expected 90% of the incumbents will retain their seats in November.

This shows how conflicted average voters are. They say, "Throw the bums out, but not my bum."
