Oklahoma School Librarian Accused of Sex with Boy

(Harrah, Oklahoma) A 40-year-old librarian formerly at Harrah Junior High School, Laura Kathleen Cantrell, is accused of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old male student at her home in 2006.

Cantrell has been charged with rape and oral sodomy.

The teen, now 17, testified Friday that Cantrell, 40, also performed oral sex on him in her car that summer.

He said he initially lied to police about his relationship with the married mother of two because he was embarrassed.

Cantrell has a court appearance scheduled for February 20th.
