South Carolina Woman Popped for Drug House

(Anderson, South Carolina) While apprehending a fugitive named Shannon Fields at a residence, Anderson County and Abbeyville County deputies questioned the female occupant.
The woman said her name was April Stewart, deputies said.

Deputies said they searched Fields and found an identification card belonging to the woman in his pocket, which showed the woman to be Amy Strickland.

Strickland was arrested and charged with misrepresentation of identity to law enforcement.

Deputies said they also searched the home and found a pipe and a white powdery substance, which was later identified as methamphetamine.

Strickland was charged with -- in addition to misrepresentation of identity -- operating a drug house and possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Moral of the story? Don't operate a drug house, don't harbor a fugitive and don't lie to the police. Otherwise, expect consequences.
