Britain: Sex Clinics Planned for Every School

(UK) The British are planning on placing sex clinics in all secondary schools and colleges to make sure that "sexual health services" are available to all youngsters without parental involvement. Critics of the plan say that the sex clinics for students as young as 11 merely encourage under-age sex. And data appear to support the contention.

The UK has the highest teen pregnancy rate in Europe with the rate increasing every year. At least some of the blame must be directed toward the fact that a third of all secondary schools already have sex clinics. Apparently, they aren't working as intended.

Given the disappointing results thus far, one might expect that the British would try something different. But NO-O-O! The nanny state stumbles and bumbles along.
