North Koreans Studying English

North Korea is pushing to have at least some of its population learn English. Over time, a number of instructors have gone to North Korea from Britain, Canada and the U.S.

Now, for the first time, it's being reported that North Korean students will be going to Canada to study English.

Since virtually the entire population of North Korea would like to leave the impoverished country, just what type of student do you think Kim Jong-il would allow to leave?

I suggest that only those individuals soaked in Stalinism would be sent to Canada and they would represent possible espionage and terror threats.
