(Papillion, Nebraska) A local mother, Pamela Flege, was sentenced in Sarpy County District Court this week for buying her 13-year-old daughter a sex toy, taking sexually explicit photos and not protecting the girl from sexual assaults by her stepfather, Dana Flege.
Pamela Flege was given six years in prison. She must also register as a sex offender.
Stepfather Dana Flege admitted to sexually assaulting his stepdaughter since she was eight-years-old. He will be sentenced in August. Dana faces possible decades in prison.
"He wanted for Pamela Flege and her daughter to take photos of each other and send them to him," says Chief Deputy County Attorney Tricia Freeman.The girl is in the custody of her father and undergoing counseling.
Freeman is talking about a text message from the step-dad asking for naked pictures of both mom and daughter. The girl says mom stood by allegedly laughing it all off.
