Cascading Convictions

(Barron, Wisconsin) A 51-year-old woman, Lisa K. White, has been sentenced to four and one-half years in prison for driving while intoxicated. She has been arrested 13 times for the offense and the sentence results from her 10th and 11th convictions. White awaits prosecution on the 12th and 13th cases.

Maybe it's just me, but one might reasonably think that two, three, possibly four apprehensions for drunk driving would make a point. Not so with Lisa White. She's cascading convictions.
