Florida Woman Accused of Backyard Sex with Boys

(Bartow, Florida) Early last month, a 28-year-old Winter Haven woman, Kristy Lee Morgan, was arrested for engaging in sex with three teen boys in her backyard. Morgan faces eight counts of lewd battery.

A 16-year-old witness told a detective that three boys had spoken to him about having sexual intercourse with Morgan.

The detective interviewed the three boys. Two were 15 years old and one was 14 years old.

They spoke about having sexual intercourse and oral sex with Morgan in mid-August in her backyard.

One boy said he used a condom and threw it over Morgan's backyard fence. The detective was able to recover a condom in the location the boy described.

Morgan said she was "likely high" and doesn't remember anything going on in her backyard. She was booked into custody at the Polk County Jail with bail set at $40,000.
