I Can't Explain It


Almost the only thing I can figure is that it's like the tag on a mattress but the comparison doesn't make sense.

One other thought is that the State of Florida is using the notice to enlist support of the general public in identifying illegal vending machines. I don't know.

However, consider this. What prevents a person from removing and pocketing the notice and calling to receive a reward for finding a machine without a notice?
