Rachel Brock Guilty in Maricopa Sex Case - Updated

(Phoenix, Arizona) Rachel Brock, the 22-year-old daughter of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock and daughter of convicted sex offender Susan Brock, pleaded guilty this week to two counts of child abuse with sexual motivation.

Under the terms of her plea deal, Rachel Brock will receive one year in jail and 10 years of probation.

Formal sentencing is scheduled for August 17.

Maricopa County Mom, Daughter Sex Case - Updated

(Phoenix, Arizona) In an emotional proceeding yesterday, Susan Brock, the wife of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock, was sentenced to 13 years in prison and lifetime probation upon her release. She was convicted of having sexual relations with a 14-year-old boy.




Note that the prosecution alleged that County Supervisor Brock knew about his wife's sexual escapades with the teen. It's also alleged that Brock was complicit in hiding evidence and trying to influence the legal case by getting charges reduced. Nevertheless, Fulton Brock hasn't been charged with any offenses.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Rachel Brock, the daughter of Susan and Fulton, has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges stemming from allegedly engaging in sex with the same boy her mother polished.

Rachel Brock was booked into custody at the Maricopa County Jail without bond. A court appearance is scheduled for May 13.

Mom, Daughter Accused of Doing Same Boy - Updated

(Chandler, Arizona) Two months ago, Susan Brock, 48, was arrested for engaging in a years-long sexual relationship with a boy and now her daughter, Rachel Katherine Brock, 21, has been arrested for doing the same things as mom for about the same period of time. Both are being held without bond.

So, Mother Brock goes to jail for molestation and sex with a minor and Daughter Brock goes to jail for sex with a minor and sending obscene material to a minor while Father Brock, Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock, files to divorce Mother Brock and says he can't divorce Daughter Brock.

"I have filed to divorce my wife," he said. "I cannot divorce my daughter. She is my blood. I will always be her dad. And she needs one now more than ever. Nothing can ever make this situation right other than raising awareness so other families can avoid such sorrow. As a person of faith I ask for your continued prayers."

And to complicate the situation a bit more, Christian Hart Weems, 37, a friend of Mother Brock, has been arrested for tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. Weems has been accused of deleting incriminating files from an Internet account of the alleged underage sex victim in the Brock cases.

Arizona Woman, 48, and Teenage Boy

(Chandler, Arizona) The 48-year-old wife of a Maricopa County Supervisor, Susan Brock, has been accused of engaging in a three-year sexual relationship with a boy, starting when the boy was 14-years-old.

Brock was arrested yesterday to face counts of molestation of a child and sexual conduct with a minor. She was booked into custody and denied bond.

According to a police report, Brock is accused of picking the Chandler teen up from his home or school, and committing as many as 30 sexual acts in her car, her home, her mother's home and secluded areas of the city. The acts did not include intercourse, police said.

The alleged affair came to light when family friends intercepted messages on the boy's iPod Touch that included references to sex acts and the discovery of a relationship between the victim and Brock, the report said.

Interestingly, it's also reported that Brock allegedly facilitated circumstances and provided condoms to allow her teen paramour to engage in sex with his teen girlfriend.

Husband Fulton Brock issued a statement indicating his shock and feelings of betrayal by his wife of 28 years.
