Indiana Woman, 34, and Boy, 15

(Roachdale, Indiana) A 34-year-old local woman, Emily Jane Duncan, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy last August.

Duncan faces two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

In the interview, the victim claimed that the defendant's daughter and friends were in the Duncan home. However, Duncan's daughter was asleep upstairs and the two other friends were on the computer.

According to the victim, Duncan approached him with a suggestive sexual message typed into her cell phone.

Duncan then reportedly told the boy she wanted to discuss something in her bedroom and led him there. The probable cause affidavit states that there she performed oral sex and then consented to intercourse.

Duncan was booked into custody.
