Utah Teacher Accused of Boozing Students

(Herriman, Utah) A 21-year-old teacher and coach at Herriman High School, Kyie Devey, has been accused of providing alcohol to "a number of students during non-school hours."

Devey faces five counts of knowingly furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Police say Devey offered one student some wine coolers after the two had been working out together at a local recreation center and again while the two were driving around, charging documents state.

Devey is also accused of supplying beer for a gathering of at least five students at one of the student's homes.
A warrant has been issued for Devey's arrest.
