Ohio Woman Accused in Drug Bust

(Toledo, Ohio) A 30-year-old local woman, Autum Johnson, has been accused of drug charges.

Johnson faces charges of trafficking in drugs, illegal manufacturing of drugs, possession of drugs, and tampering with evidence.
Ms. Johnson was arrested Tuesday night although charges against her were filed Sept. 28, according to jail and court records.

She is accused of being involved with a mushroom growing operation that was discovered by police on Sept. 16 at 2454 Woodford St. in East Toledo.

Police have said 137 pounds of the drugs, which they estimate being worth $3.1 million, were confiscated after several residences in Toledo and one in Whitehouse were searched.
Ms. Johnson was booked into custody at the Lucas County Jail with bond set at $25,000.
